A new company formed in 2016 following the merger between Cars International and Pater Holding. Prior the merger, which brought together the island’s most renowned automotive enterprises, Cars International was co-owned by Tum Invest and United Group, while Pater Holding owned UCIM, Meridian Enterprises and Waldorf Auto Services.
